
— Symbl, a generative AI startup for conversation analysis, is reshaping its leadership ranks.
Selvan Senthivel is the new chief technology officer for the 6-year-old Seattle startup. Senthivel was most recently CTO for GE HealthCare and was previously part of AI engineering leadership at Amazon Web Services, among other roles.
Symbl CEO Surbhi Rathore said in a LinkedIn post that Senthivel “has been instrumental in developing foundational infrastructure that serves across industries.”
Toshish Jawale, Symbl’s co-founder and former CTO, moved to the role of chief AI engineer.
— William Canestaro, former managing director at the Washington Research Foundation, left his role after eight years with the organization, which helps universities and nonprofit institutions commercialize their technologies. Canestaro is also a board member for multiple startups and is affiliated with the University of Washington’s School of Pharmacy.

— Milkana Brace, Remitly’s executive vice president of consumer product, joined the board of directors at the Technology Alliance, a Seattle-based nonprofit that supports technology initiatives across the state of Washington. She previously founded and led Jargon, a startup that translated voice-activated assistants into other languages, and held leadership roles at Expedia and Groupon.
The Technology Alliance said on LinkedIn that “her proven expertise and visionary outlook will be a huge asset to our growth and strategic direction.”

— After more than two decades at scientific instruments company Agilent Technologies, Ken Suzuki is now chief marketing officer for Nautilus Biotechnology. Seattle-based Nautilus has designed a platform for analyzing proteomes, a term for the proteins produced by an organism. Suzuki works at the startup’s R&D headquarters in the Bay Area.
— Elizabeth George, former head of marketing for Statsig, is leaving the Bellevue, Wash., software analytics company.
— Katie Curnutte started a new Seattle-area business, Wagl Coaching, which specializes in ADHD coaching. She is also president and co-founder of Kingston Marketing Group.
