  • The company will use the fresh cash to grow its business in central Europe and Africa, according to a spokesperson.
  • Opanga declined to provide details about investors. The company, led by telecom vet Cole Brodman, has 33 employees. It recently added Neville Ray, former president of technology at T-Mobile, to its board of directors.
